Slackware 13.0 x86 is released as stable! Thanks to everyone who helped
make this release possible -- see the RELEASE_NOTES for the credits.
The ISOs are off to the replicator. This time it will be a 6 CD-ROM
32-bit set and a dual-sided 32-bit/64-bit x86/x86_64 DVD. We're taking
pre-orders now at store.slackware.com. Please consider picking up a copy
to help support the project. Once again, thanks to the entire Slackware
community for all the help testing and fixing things and offering
suggestions during this development cycle.

Seit dem letzten Eintrag hier ist (leider) ein Jahr vergangen und dieser Bereich wurde ein wenig vernachlässigt.
Zwischendurch wurde am 12. Dezember 2008 Slackware in der Version 12.2 freigegeben...
Aber das wissen die meisten wohl schon. :)
Seit gestern allerdings gibt es auch offiziell Slackware64. Aktuell noch als -current aber es soll in Zukunft parallel zum x86 Slackware gepflegt werden.

Seit gestern, nach nur 9 Monaten gibt es ein neues Release unserer Lieblingsdistribution. :)

Habe jetzt endlich ein Newsscript gefunden das mir zusagt. 
Es fehlen noch ein paar kleine Designanpassungen, aber das kommt auch noch.
